*Please note that reducing multiple shipments and returns allows us to keep prices down and offer consistent, top-quality products and services to our customers. This is the reason for our policy changes as we grow. If you need to make a return, we will be happy to provide you with a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.

$18 return shipping label for return shipments over 1 Ib and under 2 Ib

$24 return shipping label for return shipments over 2 Ib and under 3 Ib

$32 return shipping label for return shipments over 3 Ib

You may also pay for the shipping method of your choice and send the item back to us.

Shipping Options

For orders placed by 11 am PST Monday-Friday:

Standard*: 3-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail**: 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express***: 1-2 business days

International****: 10-14 business days

*Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses, including U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. APO/FPO military address deliveries should arrive within 6-9 business days via USPS, but some destinations may take up to 21 days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

**USPS Priority Mail delivery is not available for U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.

***USPS Priority Mail Express delivery is not available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

****We are not able to deliver to international P.O. boxes. If your country isn't listed in our drop-down country box, we're currently unable to ship there.

Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Processing and handling orders may take 1-2 business days. Orders received by 11 am PST may be shipped out on the same day, but this is not guaranteed. Orders received after 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and International Locations: All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and international locations are subject to shipping charges. Shipping rates for non-contiguous U.S and international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that all shipment-related customs, duties, and fees (if applicable) will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not offer expedited delivery to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or to P.O. boxes.

Return Policy

Currently, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached.

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns, such as final sale items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not issue refunds for sale items, but you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit at the discretion of Rose & Canvas. You will be responsible for all shipping and return charges involved in the exchange process. 

To make a return, follow the steps below:

1. Use your preferred shipping method to mail your return to us, in which case you will be responsible for the shipping fees. As an alternative, we can provide you with a prepaid mailing label, in which case we will deduct the return label fee from your refund to cover shipping costs. Please write the style number for the item(s) and reason(s) for your return to help us with the refunds process (if applicable).
2. Attach the label and mail the item(s) to the address below:

3. When we receive your package, we will process your refund if the item is in its original condition with tags attached. We’ll send you a confirmation email upon receipt of the item(s). If your return is accepted, a credit should be applied to your original method of payment within 72 hours or 3 business days. If you have used our prepaid mailing label, we will deduct the return label fee your refund to cover shipping costs, whichever is applicable. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the item is not returned in its original condition. In addition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credits are granted (if applicable):

    • If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • If any item is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

    At this time we do not offer an exchange service through our website. To order a new size, style, or color of your chosen item, please follow the return process above and place a new order as desired.

      Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and international locations: 
      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Late or missing refunds:
      Once we processed the returned item(s), you will be notified of the refunds/credits through your email. If you haven’t received a refunds/credits yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items:
      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded, with a few exceptions. For more information, please email

      All Final Sale items are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please read the full return policy for eligible return items. 

      Returns of items purchased as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 x% Off promotion:
      When purchasing items as part of our Buy 1 Get 1 x% Off promotion, the discount is calculated based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionally. If you choose to return any of your items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

      For example, if your first item is $60 and your second item is $40, the $60 item will be discounted by $12 and the $40 item will be discounted by $8, which gives a total discount of $20. If you return one of the items, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount.

      Returns of items purchased as part of our Black Friday promotion:
      If you return items that cause your total to drop below the discount tier you reached, then your discount percentage will be modified to reflect the new total. For example, if you make a purchase of $500+, receiving a discount of 25%, and then return several items, causing your subtotal before discounts to drop below $500, we will adjust your discount accordingly (e.g., the discount will be 20%, 15%, or 10%, based on your new total), and your refund will reflect the correct discount.
